* Tenders coordination for French or international projects : track record analysis, tender written response, elaboration of commercial terms along with Key Account Director, legal analysis of terms proposed along with legal teams, sending of the offer and participation to the oral presentation, PSA preparation in case of won tender, internal Instruction for Use and communication of terms to all countries / region concerned.
* PSA coordination for French or international projects : track record analysis, elaboration of commercial terms along with Key Account Director, legal analysis of terms proposed along with legal teams, PSA formalisation and signature, Instruction of Use and internal communication of the PSA.
* Centralisation of international information for local projects (local turnover, global contacts, etc). Profile Your profile:

* The ideal candidate will be graduated from a Business School with experience in Purchasing, Contract Management or client negotiation.
* One-year experience of dealing with international tenders will be a plus.
* You will need to demonstrate a strong ability to work on several projects at the same time and a real aptitude in sales.
* Your are extremely rigorous, organised, autonomous and curious. You are perfectly comfortable with the Pack Office and other IT tools.
* You like to work on a multicultural environment.
* Finally, you are perfectly fluent in French and in English. Job Offer Our offer:
